Pempek Delight was founded in 2010 by Mrs. Siti, a Palembang native who wanted to share her family's traditional pempek recipe with Jakarta. What started as a small home business has now grown into one of Jakarta's most beloved pempek delivery services.
We maintain strict quality control and traditional preparation methods to ensure every bite of our pempek delivers the authentic taste of Palembang. Our fish is sourced daily from local fishermen, and our cuko (sweet-sour sauce) is made from scratch using a secret family recipe.
